A few years ago I found this conversion chart for making some recipes gluten free. We have not used it a great deal yet because we don’t always have all the ingredients on hand and we are not sure if having all the ingredients is actually less expensive than purchasing some of the blended flours. Both my daughter and I really like the King Arthur flour mixes that are available for pies, cookies and a general flour mixture that we have used to make breads……………but we both like to experiment with recipes so this conversion chart has come in very handy!
